We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. We provide tattoo, piercing, and brow and lash treatments.
What we collect
- Details you send through our enquiry form: your name, email, phone number, tattoo idea, placement, size, reference images, preferred days and how you heard about us.
- Details you send through our job application form.
- Information needed to carry out a tattoo, piercing or beauty treatment at the studio, such as proof of age and any health information relevant to the procedure.
- If you accept cookies, information about how you use this website, collected by Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta.
Age
You must be 18 or over to be tattooed. Some piercings are available to under-18s with parental consent and ID. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website; enquiries for under-18 piercings should be made by a parent or guardian.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange consultations and appointments (legitimate interests and steps before a contract).
- To carry out your procedure safely and keep records required by our licence (legal obligation).
- To measure and improve our website and advertising, only with your consent.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run our business: GoHighLevel (enquiry forms), Booksy (piercing bookings), our website host, Google and Meta (analytics and advertising, only with consent). We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Client and consent records are kept for as long as our licence and the law require.
